Introduction

Project Management for Health Professionals provides you with the knowledge required to plan and justify practical solutions to identified workplace-based health opportunities using a contemporary project management approach. Underpinned by an evidence-informed project management framework, the unit places a strong focus on ethical considerations in project and change management and the critical role that teamwork, leadership, collaboration and communication play in project success. You will apply project management language, principles and methodology in the development of a proposed health-related project including project planning, execution, evaluation, results dissemination and project closure
