In this unit, you will explore the main adult learning theories and how they can inform your teaching and learning in healthcare settings. You will evaluate the effectiveness of various instructional methods, tools and technology for diverse healthcare contexts and audiences. You also will have the opportunity to analyse the principles and strategies for evaluating teaching and examine best practices for providing feedback on teaching and learning.

Teaching Pattern	Individual Study – This unit is offered fully online via MyLO (My Learning Online). You are expected to devote around 10 hours per week to the study materials, assessment tasks and self-directed learning. Online webinar - six 30 minute webinars delivered throughout the study period.
