Introduction

The second module (ideally completed in year two) extends this focus by addressing job-seeking strategies and professional interview skills, and by providing foundational knowledge of workplace behaviour and safety standards. Completion of this stage is a prerequisite for undertaking the Work Placement. 

Attention is directed towards evaluating organisational strategies that promote inclusive environments and climate-safe approaches. This integrated approach not only strengthens students’ immediate employability but also fosters the long-term development of socially responsible, industry-engaged engineering professionals.
