This unit is delivered by distance to meet requirements for the approved and monitored training program required by Marine Order 71 and on campus with an end of term assessment for both delivery modes.

Introduction

To provide candidates with the skills & knowledge required to apply algebraic & trigonometric techniques, as well as basic principles of physics, to calculations & problems involved in other modules.
