• Operate survival craft and associated equipment to manoeuvre clear of the ship after abandonment
• Manage routines in survival craft and take action to best aid detection and rescue by SAR services

Teaching Pattern	5 day STCW short course. Three days at Beauty Point campus, 4th day of course at Newnham survival centre, final day at Beauty Point campus.
