Enrolment in this unit is by special arrangement and is normally used for one-off approved study activities undertaken by cohorts of students.

Introduction

The unit will enable students to develop a sound understanding of the role, relevance and application of STEM to organisations, environments and communities through problem solving and directed tasks. The STEM experience provides an opportunity for students to gain experience and demonstrate personal and professional responsibility, including self-motivation and independent learning, working cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues, and exercising professional judgement within relevant codes of ethics.
