Introduction

In this unit, students will be introduced to diverse economic theories applied to farming and food production. They will learn to use economic frameworks to support ethical decision making within farm businesses. Using case studies, students will apply economic and financial techniques to evaluate investment decisions, while considering the risks and uncertainties involved.
