The Set Password service above is only available if a mobile number is associated ('registered') to your account. Most staff and students are already automatically registered. Use the registration process if:
- You know your current username and password
- You want to change the mobile number associated with your account

Set your password if:
- You have forgotten your password
- You cannot change your password via Change Password
- Your password has expired
- You have your University username and need to set an initial password
