We welcome GPs, practice managers, practice nurses and others working in Tasmanian General Practice to join our network within the University of Tasmania’s School of Medicine.
We offer an opportunity to learn about and be involved in research and education in General Practice with the support of the University of Tasmania GP research and teaching teams, Peoples Project, Tasmanian Primary Health Network and the Tasmanian Australian Teletrial Programme.
We aim to contribute to improving the health and wellbeing of our island community by engaging in research projects, co-designing studies, providing education within General Practices, supporting the next generation of health professionals and more. We will also keep you informed of events and opportunities to build your research and teaching engagement with the University of Tasmania.
We welcome General Practice research and teaching collaborations from across Australia in recognition that working together to create knowledge is most likely to make a real difference to health outcomes.
