The late Virginia Betts left funds in her estate to support Tasmanian students with the ability but not necessarily the means to attend the University of Tasmania.
Eligibility
Available to a Tasmanian resident who is under 25 years of age and commencing university study for the first time. Applicants will be assessed on academic merit and financial need.
On-going Eligibility
- Achieve a minimum Pass result in all units studied each semester
