Gerald Loughran is a generous supporter of the University of Tasmania. Gerald and his family established this scholarship to assist students to study in the College of Health and Medicine.
Eligibility
Available to an undergraduate student commencing studies in the Bachelor of Medical Research (53E) in Semester 1, 2021. Selection will be determined by demonstration of academic merit and financial need, with preference for a student from the north-west of Tasmania.
On-going Eligibility
- Achieve a minimum Pass result in all units studied each semester
