Overview
This scholarship is generously provided by the estate of the late Lois Joy Austin to support worthy Tasmanian students wishing to pursue studies in business and who without financial support may not be able to enrol or continue studies at the University.
Eligibility
- Available to a Tasmanian who is commencing or continuing in an undergraduate Business degree at the University in the first half of 2025.
- Selection will be based on academic merit and demonstration of financial need.
- Preference may be given to commencing undergraduate students who have to reside away from home in order to attend university or, because of family or other commitments, have to travel a significant distance to attend a university campus.
On-going Eligibility
- Achieve a minimum Pass result in all units studied each semester
