Overview
The CCHF Future Health Leader Nursing Honours Scholarship is designed to support nurses ( engaged in a rural/regional healthcare setting) who are undertaking a Bachelor of Nursing with Honours. The Clifford Craig Health Foundation, the region’s leading health charity, has partnered with the School of Nursing to jointly fund the scholarship which aims to support nurses who are committed to advancing their knowledge, contributing to research, and improving healthcare outcomes for local communities. The scholarship provides financial assistance while fostering a stronger connection between nursing practice, research, and leadership within the regional health sector.
As a scholarship recipient, you will be encouraged to develop your research and leadership capabilities and explore how evidence-informed practice can enhance patient care and health service delivery. The program aims to support the development of a skilled and sustainable nursing workforce by investing in nurses who demonstrate a commitment to lifelong learning, collaboration, and improving health outcomes for people living in North and North West Tasmania.
