This scholarship was endowed by the late Colin Norton to assist students to access tertiary study.
Eligibility
- Available to a Tasmanian who is a resident outside the greater Hobart area. Applicants must have a permanent address postcode of 7109 - 7470.
- Selection will be determined by demonstration of financial need to assist with costs of study at the University of Tasmania.

- Achieve a minimum Pass result in all units studied each semester
