Overview
This scholarship has been established by Dr Imogen Davies, in honour of her late parents, David and Patricia Davies. It was Patricia's idea to establish this scholarship in memory of David, who used his travel scholarship from Tasmania to travel back to the UK, where they subsequently met.
David had a life-long love of geology and amassed a large personal collection of rocks from many places.
The purpose of this scholarship is to provide extraordinary educational experiences through travel for students studying in the field of Geology.
