Overview
This scholarship is provided in memory of George Washington Walker, an early leader in banking in colonial Tasmania. It was originally established to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the founding of his bank, which was later to become the Trust Bank.
Eligibility
- Available to a Tasmanian commencing the Bachelor of Business or the Bachelor of Economics, including combined degrees in these areas.
- Selection will be based on academic merit.
On-going Eligibility
- Achieve a minimum Pass result in all units studied each semester
