Overview

These Indigenous Scholarships are made possible through the generous support of donors to the University of Tasmania, by the State and Commonwealth Government and by Riawunna. Applicants applying for this scholarship will be automatically considered for each indigenous scholarship within the umbrellla scholarship.

Eligibility

  • A number of different scholarships are available to Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander students who are commencing or continuing study at the University of Tasmania (excludes HECS fee waiver courses).
  • Students will be considered for each indigenous scholarships within the umbrella.

    • Achieve a minimum Pass result in all units studied each semester

    Varies between $2,000 - $12,000 per year

    Duration

    Varies between one to four years
