Maida Beatrice Graham Scholarship

Overview

This scholarship has been endowed by the late Mrs Maida Beatrice Vimpany for graduates of the University of Tasmania engaged on some aspect of cancer research.

Eligibility

• Available to a full time Honours student or Postgraduate research candidate engaged in any area of cancer research.
• The successful applicant must be a graduate of the University of Tasmania.
• The scholarship will be paid in two equal amounts each year unless required for fares for research overseas as detailed in application.

On-going Eligibility

• Achieve a minimum Pass result in all units studied each semester

Amount

$8,000 per year

Duration

One year Honours; up to three and a half years for Postgraduate research candidates
