Overview

The colleagues and friends of Wayne Goninon, along with the University of Tasmania, have established a scholarship in his name to provide support to students wishing to study abroad at an overseas university which has a student exchange arrangement with the University.

Eligibility

  • Available to current students who will be undertaking a Learning Abroad program semester-based exchange program in the second half of 2026.
  • To be eligible, students must have completed at least 50 credit points at the time of their Learning Abroad program start date.
  • As part of the selection process, GPA and quality of written application may be taken into consideration.

Varies between $1,000 to $2,000
