Overview
Johnson Breward Brown is a local accounting firm, that has been working for the Tasmanian community, since 1975. Their practitioners are University of Tasmania alumni who have worked hard to earn a reputation for personal service and genuine interest in clients.
The purpose of this prize is to reward those accounting students who aren’t just succeeding academically, but who show ambition and grit, and who prioritise the development of ‘soft skills’ like interpersonal communication, public speaking, teamwork and emotional intelligence.
Eligibility
Awarded to a greater Launceston student enrolled in the Bachelor of Business, Accounting major, with a minimum credit average GPA, and demonstrated engagement in employability activities and experiences in the Applied Employment Skills Package or representative roles on CPA or CAANZ, UTAS student jobs or volunteering.
