This prize was established by friends, associates and former students of a prominent Tasmanian educationist in honour of his long and distinguished service in the field of Tasmanian education.
Awarded to the full-time Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or Bachelor of Education (Primary) candidate with the highest marks in the final year by gaining a GPA distinction or better in all units.
