One award for Excellence in the Bachelor of Education Primary Degree
One award for Excellence in the Master of Teaching Secondary Degree

Eligibility
Awarded to the student in Bachelor of Education (Primary), showing the greatest achievement in units related to the Languages proficiency. The student must have received a minimum Distinction in EPR215 languages and Language Acquisition & EPR311 Languages Teaching. Preference may be given to students who have successfully completed one or more introductory language elective units (HEF101, HEG101, HMC101, HMJ101, HMN101).
Awarded to the student in Masters of Teaching (Secondary), showing the greatest achievement in units related to the Languages specialisation. The student must have received a Distinction minimum in EMT609 Languages and Culture, EMT517 Languages Teaching Methodologies & EMT617 Planning and Assessing Languages.
Amount
$100 and an MLTAT certificate. Tasmanian residents will also receive a one year membership to MLTAT.
