This prize was founded by Mrs. S. D. Sharma in memory of her late husband, Shri Dutt Sharma, a graduate of the University and sometime Senior Assistant Parliamentary Counsel in the State of Tasmania.
Awarded to the student with the greatest proficiency in LAW301 Administrative Law and Applied Statutory Interpretation and who has obtained at least a pass with distinction.
