Overview
Mr Brian Shirrefs was a member of the teaching staff at the School of Pharmacy and was President of the Pharmacy Board of Tasmania at the time of his death at the age of 35. Mr Shirrefs was a most active member of the Pharmacy Board and his death was a great shock to his family, the members of the profession and the members of the Board. The Shirrefs family contributed a capital sum to create a prize that would perpetuate.
Eligibility
Awarded to the student with the highest aggregate mark in therapeutics in CSA322, CSA306 and CSA406. To be eligible for the award, a student must have completed each unit at their first attempt.
