About the Program
Bring your students to the University of Tasmania’s Arts Forum, a dynamic lecture series featuring artists, designers, curators, and creative professionals from across Australia. Hosted by the School of Creative Arts and Media, Arts Forum offers students firsthand insight into contemporary creative practice, artistic careers, and the ideas shaping today’s cultural landscape.
Ideal for year 9-12 art and design classes, these engaging presentations encourage critical thinking, creative exploration, and discussion beyond the classroom.
Schools can also choose an extended experience package, including a guided tour of the Hunter Street Campus and Plimsoll Gallery , providing students with a deeper understanding of university study, creative facilities, and future pathways in the arts and creative industries.
The University of Tasmania is committed to creating diverse, inclusive, and accessible educational experiences. Please let us know when registering how we can best support your needs.
