The Rural Clinical School offers education programmes for high school  students covering  a wide range of topics  which correlate  with the national curriculum. The aim of these programs is to raise students’ interest in health, health careers and tertiary education.

We can offer a range of activities including:

  • Emergency scenarios and first aid
  • Scenarios are interactive workshops with small groups  of students and medical students simulating simple accidents  and working  out what to do next.
  • Sexual health
  • Drugs and alcohol
  • Mental health and wellbeing
  • Hospital Experiences (on campus)
  • Trauma Management (on campus)
