Overview
Agriculture Scholarships are made possible through the generous support of donors to the University of Tasmania and by the Tasmanian Institute of Agriculture. Applicants applying for this scholarship will be automatically considered for each of the awards listed below.
Eligibility
- A number of different scholarships are available to students commencing and continuing an undergraduate degree in Agriculture at the University of Tasmania.
- Students will be considered for any of the scholarships below:
Agriculture and Food Systems Scholarship
Costa Scholarship in Agricultural Science
David McEwan Scholarship in Agriculture
John Turner Memorial Scholarship in Agricultural Science
Lewis and Sons Bursary in Agricultural Science
Neale Edwards Scholarship in Agricultural Science or Forestry
Professor George Wade Scholarship in Agricultural Science
Robert Menary Tasmania University Scholarship in Agricultural Science
Tasmanian Beef Industry Trust Scholarship in Agricultural Science
On-going Eligibility
- Achieve a minimum Pass result in all units studied each semester
Amount
Varies between $3,000 - $10,000
Duration
Varies between one to four years
