Driscoll's Australia is a joint venture company owned by Driscoll's (USA) – the world’s market leader in berries and Costa – Australia's leading integrated growing and marketer of premium quality fresh produce. Partnering with a broad grower base across a national footprint, Driscoll's Australia supplies year round berries to consumers using exclusively patented varieties developed by their joint venture partners breeding programs. Driscoll's wish to establish scholarships with the aim to increase industry skills and strengthen the Tasmanian community in which Driscoll's operate in the State and provide opportunities for students and a career path in the horticultural industry.
Eligibility
- Available to a student commencing a Bachelor of Agricultural Science in Semester 1, 2025.
- Mentoring and work placement opportunities with Driscoll's may be available for the successful applicant.
- Selection will be based on financial need and academic potential.
