Overview
This Scholarship has been established by the Rees Family to directly support female medical students with an interest in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (OBSGYN) in their final years of study.
The Scholarship is in recognition of a family member being a recipient of a similar scholarship and the family appreciate and understands the enormous difference a scholarship such as this can make to a student’s ability to participate in electives overseas or in remote or regional Australia.
Eligibility
- The scholarship is available to current students undertaking undergraduate study in their 4th or 5th year of Bachelor of Medical Science and Doctor of Medicine or equivalent
- Selection will be based on financial need and an interest in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (OBSGYN).
On-going Eligibility
- Achieve a minimum Pass result in all units studied each semester
