Entry requirements
Applicants with higher education study
To be eligible for an offer, applicants must:
-
Have a completed undergraduate or postgraduate course in a healthcare, or communications technology related field at Bachelor level (AQF7) or higher (or equivalent); and
-
Be working in a healthcare or IT setting
Students are able to attain credit for completing either the Cyber Fundamentals for Digital Health (BAA548 Digital Health Privacy and Issues and BAA632 Digital Health) or Discovering the Potential of Digital Health (BAA632 Digital Health and BAA735 Health Information Analysis and Improvement) microcredentials.
Students completing the Graduate Certificate of Digital Health may articulate into the Graduate Diploma in Advanced Practice or Masters of Advanced Practice (Specialisation) with the following credit:
- 25 cp of specific advanced standing for the 2 choice units BAA543 and BAA632; and
- If students select the Governance specialisation they are eligible for a further 25 points of general advanced standing in the core choice line;
- If students select the Organisational Performance specialisation they are eligible for 25 credit points comprising 12.5 credit points of general advanced standing in the core choice line and 12.5 credit points of specific advanced standing for BAA735.
