The parking website is undergoing review in line with the introduction of new digitised parking permit (ePermit) arrangements from January 2022. For up-to-date parking permit information in the interim, including permit terms and conditions, please refer to the 2022 Parking Information page.
The University offers a range of different types of parking, supported by a system of parking permits. These include Staff, Student, Residential, Disability and Service Vehicle permits.
There is limited parking available on most campuses/sites. To reduce the demand for parking, people attending the University should consider alternate sources of transport to and from campus, including public transport, the University’s UniHopper bus service, cycling, e-Scooters/eBikes, walking or carpooling.
For staff and students that do wish to drive their personal vehicle, Parking Permits are available for purchase on an annual basis and are issued and managed via the University’s electronic Parking Permit System, ePermit.
Students, staff and visitors are permitted to park in designated car parking areas only. Parking regulations are set out in the University By-laws.
