It is part of the University's translational research agenda, which recognises that staff conducting applied research in a health or human services facility need a solid foundation in both the wider context of quality improvement and reform and in research methods that support the credibility of this research and its application to the broader community of practice. Dissemination to this community will also be supported by providing students with an opportunity to draft papers for eventual publication.
