The University of Tasmania's Regional Partnership's Team is pleased to invite you to the latest of our Aboriginal Seminar Series in Burnie, a yarn with Julie Gough, artist, writer and a curator of First Peoples Art and Culture at the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery.

Julie will speak about her art and research - that often involves uncovering and re-presenting conflicting and subsumed histories, often referring to her family's experiences as Tasmanian Aboriginal people. Come and hear some yarns from Julie.

Art historian, Professor Greg Lehman, Pro Vice-Chancellor Aboriginal Leadership will join Julie in conversation for this event.

This event will also be live streamed for those unable to attend in person. You can join in this yarn with Julie via this webinar link: https://utas.zoom.us/webinar/register/6516473209900/WN_4GkihkTtTKGvv_fZcHc_sw
