Hannah Moloney, Director, Good Life Permaculture
Hannah is a landscape designer, permaculture educator, best-selling author and change maker. She has two decades of hands-on experience in designing, building, managing and doing projects around urban agriculture, small-scale farming, permaculture and community development – all towards building climate resilience. She’s been a guest presenter on ABC’s Gardening Australia since 2019 and is an ambassador for Community Gardens Australia.

Alaric Hellawell, Practice Principal, REALMstudios
Alaric has a landscape, urban design and planning mindset, specialising in climate resilience and natural system design. Working across a multitude of scales and typologies he has contributed sustainable design value to a range of projects, both in Australia and internationally.
With a focus on social action and cyclical value, Alaric harness the resilient growth and adaptive qualities of natural systems. This has led him to deliver award winning interventions that solve a multitude of urban constraints and social issues.  His previous experience in strategy at the City of Melbourne has given him an acute understanding of government process and the importance of city shaping to develop resilient and socially inclusive communities.


Ruby Wilson, Program Leader, Arboriculture and Nursery, City of Hobart

Ruby Wilson is the Program Leader of Arboriculture and Nursery at the City of Hobart and manages the city’s park and street trees. Ruby is a member of the management committee for TreeNet, a national urban tree research and education not-for-profit and has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) and Master of Urban Horticulture from the University of Melbourne. She has previously worked in tree management across a number of different Victorian Councils.

Ruby is a passionate advocate for and manager of trees and urban green spaces because of the many benefits they provide to community health and well-being, and the environment. Ruby has a strong focus on strategy and policy development to ensure consistent and robust decision making.

Lucille Cutting, radio presenter
Lucille Cutting loves a good chat. She is a radio producer and presenter and previously founded an online platform called The Pin, dedicated to conversations about race, culture and identity in Australia.

The Pin is now archived online as a part of a national collection and Lucille has focused her attention on local radio and the promotion of diverse voices in Tasmania. Lucille has presented and produced state wide and national radio programs and her writing is featured in Island Magazine, the Victorian Women’s Trust and ABC.
