Philosophy in the Pub_Banner

Philosophy in the Pub is an opportunity for members of the community to meet and discuss, in some depth, a philosophical topic of their own choosing.

The event is hosted by philosophers as part of the university's ongoing engagement with the broader Tasmanian community.  This month, the conversation will explore the historical and contemporary impact of technology on an individual human's value, and the concepts of status, respect and dignity. Head to the pub, and examine the contributions of individuals to family, society, the economy and beyond.

Registrations are not required. All are welcome.
