Apply nowWith a Graduate Diploma in Environmental Health, you will be equipped with the key skills and knowledge to join colleagues on the front line of health protection, identifying hazards to health and the environment.
As a graduate you will be proficient in assessing and communicating the risks, combatting an expanding range of environmental and public health challenges including allergens, climate change, food handling, nanotechnology and emerging communicable diseases. The course provides a strong foundation for those looking to continue their studies into public health. Whilst primarily based in Hobart, the course has a whole of Tasmania focus, including at least 150 hours of real-world placement working and learning from practicing Environmental Health Officers throughout the State.
Please note we will be offering 20 Commonwealth Supported Places to students wishing to undertake this course.
