How to apply for your partner scholarship
Before you get started prepare the following supporting documentation:
- AHPRA Registration number (if required)
- Personal statement – outlining where and for how long you have worked in your current position.
Log on to: utas.edu.au/study/apply
Click through to Postgraduate coursework > Apply now> New Applicants.
Once your application has been submitted and assessed, an offer will be made to you.
You can accept your offer via your e-application account.
Scholarship supported places for some courses are available. If you are eligible for a partner scholarship and you have accepted your offer:
- Log into eStudent
- Click on Forms
- Click on Health Partner Employee Declaration
- Complete the fields to nominate your health partner/employer and submit

Please note, to get your scholarship you need to submit the Health Partner Employee Declaration prior to payment due date for the study period you are studying in (e.g. semester 1, semester 2). The payment due date is 14 days prior to the census date for the study period.
If the form is submitted late, or missed, the scholarship will not apply until the following study period (e.g. next semester) and you will be responsible for any unit fees incurred. Fee scholarships cannot be backdated under any circumstances, and are only submitted once per course enrolment.
