Dr Nic Jansen received his BSc (Hons) from Saint Mary's University, Canada, in 2007 where he received the Centennial Scholarship Medal and the Scotiabank and Scotia Capital Markets Scholarship. Nic continued his studies at the University of Tasmania where he received a PhD in 2012 and was awarded an Endeavour International Postgraduate Research Scholarship. Nic is presently a research fellow at CODES working in conjunction with Newcrest Mining.
Researching the lithocap environment to identify vectors towards high-sulfidation and porphyry mineralisation with a specialty in clay mineralogy.
