The Nursing Professional Experience Placement (PEP) program allows students the opportunity to put into practice newly acquired skills, behaviours and knowledge. The aim of PEP is to immerse students in the professional culture of nursing and to gain a better understanding of the diverse roles of the registered nurse within the health care system in Australia.
