East Launceston Primary School is committed to a vision of teaching and learning excellence. It believes that teaching and learning is its core business and it must continually strive to know how theory and research can contribute to teaching practice.  East Launceston Primary School believes it must continually endeavour to make teaching practice explicit to teaching staff, students, parents and the wider community. East Launceston wants to ensure that it continues to build expertise that supports the school to know its learners - its commitment to this is unquestioned, and enables the school to provide optimum teaching and learning experiences for all children.
