This unit will introduce students to the general theories and practices of managing people in the workplace in an international context, that is, international human resource management.

On-campus: One 2 to 3 hour workshop per week depending on number of students enrolled.

Distance: Study guide and readings.

Assessment

On-campus: Coursework 60%, Exam 40%

Distance: Coursework 50%, Take-home Exam 50%
