Specialisation in Philosophy HPH349

Hobart, Launceston

Note:

Approval to enrol in this unit must be obtained from the Unit Coordinator

Introduction

This unit is offered to allow students to further specialize in a particular sub-discipline of Philosophy. Content in a number of units in the Philosophy major rotate from year to year. (Units that have rotating content are identified in the relevant unit's handbook entry.) As a result, a unit with the same code and title in one year may have different content in the next year.

Enrolling in this unit allows students to study newly rotated content delivered in the current year in a unit they have previously completed and thus both sets of specialized content can contribute to their major in philosophy.

Note:   a student may not enrol in this unit if the content in the current year is the same as the content they originally studied in the unit.   ** Please contact Arts Student Central 03 6226 7814 / arts.faculty@utas.edu.au
