In this unit students will learn how to support people to manage and resolve workplace conflict, through processes including conflict coaching, facilitation and mediation.  Students will develop advanced communication skills and the capacity to conduct interest-based conflict resolution processes in the workplace.  Students will also consider ethical issues involved in supporting people in conflict in the workplace.
