Key university dates

Before you apply, there are some important dates that you need to be aware of. These include Orientation Week, the start of the semester, census date, mid-semester break, and the exam timetable release date.

Credit assessment

Credit or Advanced Standing is the recognition of prior studies, from either another institution or another course at our university. This may count towards the requirements for the degree you are applying for.

Applications for credit should be made no later than two weeks before your commencing study period start date.

Entry requirements

Entry requirements vary from course to course, but are often based on previous study, work experience, or a combination of both.

Additional requirements might include a CV, along with letters of reference from line managers or similar to confirm that your experience meets the minimum level for entry.

Academic transcripts

When applying for a postgraduate course, you may be required to provide an academic transcript. Academic transcripts are legal documents recording all study you have completed at a university.

A complimentary copy is provided when you graduate but copies can be produced for a fee at any time during or after your study.
