2019

4 August Applications for 2020 open for new Applicants.
4 August Applications for 2020 open for UTAS Scholarships.
30 September

Closing date for Master of Psychology (Clinical) (M7L) AND Master of Professional Psychology (M7Q).

Late applications will not be accepted

Mid October Enrolment opens.
31 October

Closing date for Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours (M4Y), Bachelor of Arts with Honours (Psychology) (R4A) AND Bachelor of Science with Honours (Psychology) (S4E).

Late applications will not be accepted

31 OctoberClosing date for Graduate Certificate in Counselling (M5I) AND Graduate Diploma in Counselling (M6I).
Late applications will not be accepted
31 October Closing date for on-time postgraduate applications at 5 pm.
31 October Closing date for Scholarship Applications.

24 February Semester 1 commences (refer Key University Dates 2020).
28 FebruarySemester 1 applications close.
5 March Last offer round for Semester 1.
No further offers for this semester will be made after this date.
April Offer rounds continue for all other study periods commencing after 23rd March.
30 June Closing date for Semester 2 Tasmania Scholarships.
13 July Semester 2 commences (refer Key University Dates 2020).
17 JulySemester 2 applications close.
23 JulyLast offer round for Semester 2.
No further offers for this semester will be made after this date.

Entry Requirements

Entry requirements vary from course to course but are often based on previous study or work experience, or a combination of both.

Specific examples of additional requirements include:

  • CV showing their work experience, and letters of reference from line managers or similar to confirm the work experience meets the minimum level for entry.
