The MBA journey not only mentally prepared me to start my own business, it also helped me to build my network, meet mentors, and introduce me into the local community.

Elaine Cao, Master of Business Administration
The business world has dramatically changed since the Covid-19 pandemic began. Due to our growing reliance on technology to stay connected, an increase in industry automation, and rapid advancements in digital infrastructure, companies all around the world are being forced to either transform the way they operate or risk falling behind their competitors.

The Master of Business Administration (International) is your opportunity to develop a suite of professional capabilities that will prepare you for the latest industry changes and challenges. By choosing to study with us, you’ll have the opportunity to critique and completely reimagine traditional theories of business management.

You’ll investigate how the pandemic has accelerated a drastic change for the way managers interact and operate within with their team. Where managers may have previously operated as solo-decision makers or ‘hero leaders’, you’ll learn new skills to meet the world-wide industry demands for more inclusive, compassionate, capable and collaborative leaders.

Our Master of Business Administration (International) will set you up with a powerful suite of professional capabilities that will empower you to take on the world of contemporary business. Through case-method learning, you will have the opportunity to critique, analyse, and re-invent business management theory by exploring real-world case studies and reports.

You will learn essential capabilities in a broad range of areas including data-driven decision making, corporate sustainability, leadership and change management in an international context. You will also have the opportunity to tailor your learning experience by selecting one of two specialisations: Finance, or Marketing.

As an MBA graduate, you will be ready to enter the workforce as an innovative, collaborative, and contemporary leader ready to the rapidly changing business world.

  • 1 Articulate knowledge of business practices within local, regional, and international contexts.
  • 2 Critically evaluate foundational and contemporary business theories, principles and processes and reflect on their efficacy in practice.
  • 3 Transmit knowledge in both written and oral formats, across culturally and linguistically diverse audiences.
  • 4 Integrate critical and technical skills to solve complex business problems.
  • 5 Reflect on the impact of social and environmental sustainability on management and business decision making.
  • As an MBA student, you will use ‘case method learning’ to explore, analyse and critique traditional theories of leadership and business to determine what is relevant in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape.

By studying the MBA, you will explore traditional theories through a contemporary lens - giving you the insight to lead and manage with insight in a post-pandemic ‘better business as usual’.
