Did you receive your Student ID and Email address?
If you haven’t already received your student ID and University of Tasmania email address, these will be delivered to you via email in the next 72 hours.
You will be unable to set your password until these details have been issued to you. If you do not receive these details via email, please contact us on 1300 363 864 or via course.info@utas.edu.au.

Please note that it is a condition of your offer that you must complete year 12 and we will contact you in December to let you know when you can enrol.
If you have any further conditions on your offer (e.g. Chemistry), these will need to be met before you can enrol in December.
You may set your password for our student systems now but note that you will not be able to enrol until we contact you in December.

If you don't already have one, apply for your Tax File number – you’ll need this to enrol in December. It’s easy and only takes a few minutes.
Create your Unique Student Identifier (USI). You’ll need this before you can start studying. Head to the Government portal to get one today.

Once you have been sent your Student ID and Email please follow the link below to set your new password for the student systems.
Once you have set your password, head to our student portal to start your enrolment journey. Please note that it will take 24-48 hours post acceptance to begin your enrolment. If you have any conditions on your offer, you will not be able to enrol until these are met.
Domestic students will need the following information to complete your Commonwealth Assistance Form:
- Tax File Number - apply for your Tax File number.
- Create your Unique Student Identifier (USI). You’ll need this before you can start studying. Head to the Government portal to get one today.
Enrolments for the following calendar year open from October onwards each year.
